Overview

So now the project is  closing and the final reports are being written. This page is an overview of what happened. By clicking on the posts to the right, you can view students' ideas about our visits and activities as they were on-going.

In general, the parents and students participating in the meetings have been extremely satisfied. It is always a fun occaision to meet the others and to visit the sights, museums, energy plants, national parks, etc. that have been set on the programmes.
Student activities were well appreciated as well. As the students say; "The best part is the meetings!". Meeting other cultures, families, foods, etc. formed a central and memorable experience for all the participants. However, schools actually did include a number of rather serious issues, texts, exam-related materials and debates formed a kernal part of preparation for the meetings.
Language skills were honed during the two years of our project.
